Alex Sturrock spotted Skepta outside the (good) bagel shop on Brick Lane today. He was apparently on his way to Roll Deep's studio to do some new tracks with them. I swear someone needs to do a
grime documentary in the bagel shop. Or maybe
Dubplate Drama could dedicate a whole episode to it in their next series (if there is another series). There could be a story line about one of the old women in the shop bootlegging mix CDs or something. Just a suggestion.

THANKYOU!! i've been trying to tell people for years that its all about that bagel shop. the salt beef is of a much higher quality and all the tramps sit outside the other one and give you hassle.
on the real though, your playing with your life eating in either one. e-coli disasters waiting to happen.
that is not a bagel, it is not even savory it is some kind of cream cake or possible a danish, but its definibly of the sweet variety.
still a bagel shop you goose. its all about them iced apple turnovers, salt beefs natty.
nah its still the other one thats better, and the salt beef is the shiz
That is most certainly not the GOOD Bagel shop...it was opened years after the other BETTER one when some locals decided they could make more of a raise of salted beef than curry.
What you on about ...
Its says 1855.. Just a bit before the curry-house boom innit
Back then it was Jews and Huguenots in Brick Lane
Yeah, the other one opened in 1854, just not big-headed enough to shout about it, 'innit'.
